119th Annual General Meeting

On August 3 2025 at 10 am, the Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the Clubhouse. All Members are welcome to attend and are encouraged to review the AGM Notice.

To be eligible to vote, please ensure that your membership fees are paid by 4pm Friday 1 August 2025. This is to ensure you are provided with all information regarding electronic voting.

Nominations for Elected Officers 2025/2026
Nominations for Elected Officers positions for the upcoming 2025-2026 season are now open. A nomination form is available for download here.

Nominations must be submitted by email to [email protected] by 10am on Saturday 26 July 2025. Unfortunately late nominations will not be accepted. All nominees, proposers and seconders are required to pay their 2025-2026 renewal fees in advance of any nomination.
