websiteRandwick Rugby is always setting high standards on the field but a new benchmark for style and amenity has been set with the launch of our new licensed club.
The 1150 square metre Club includes a restaurant, café, members lounge, private function area, administrative offices and gymnasium with sauna and steam rooms. An open, light and spacious ambience has been created within the Club through the extensive use of glazing and brushbox timber flooring. Walls of hardwood timber, fabric and laminate panelling adorn the walls. Pendant lighting is extensively utilised and polished black / green marble is a feature used in both bars.
Randwick Rugby and Coogee Surf Club have bee ‘Partners in Sport’ since both clubs inception. It is not unfamiliar for most members to be patrolling the beaches in summer and competing for Coogee, then slipping on the myrtle green in the winter months. The new licensed premises often have members enjoying the facilities and in turn the ‘Rugger’ supports the development of the Junior members within the club.
The Youth Touch football team each season, and also in the craft area with the purchase of a new ski for all competitors to train and compete with.
